tamoroccit – Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your relationship with tamoroccit . By booking a tour with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making any reservation, as they form a binding contract between you and tamoroccit .


1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit of 20–40% of the total tour price is required to confirm your reservation.

  • Once the deposit is received, we start booking hotels, transportation, and other services.

  • Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, or wire transfer.

  • The remaining balance is payable in cash (Dirhams, USD, Euros) or by credit card, subject to a 3–5% bank fee.

  • All bookings are guaranteed once the deposit is confirmed.


2. Changes to Your Booking

  • We strive to accommodate all requests, but some changes may be impossible due to hotel or transport arrangements.

  • Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking. Changes may incur no extra charges, but cannot be guaranteed.

  • If changes are not possible, you may proceed with your original booking or cancel, subject to the cancellation policy below.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • We reserve the right to cancel or alter tours for unavoidable reasons (e.g., natural disasters, terrorism, extreme weather).

  • In such cases, your initial deposit will be fully refunded, excluding PayPal (5%) or Stripe (3–5%) fees.

PayPal and Stripe fees are non-refundable.

Agencies / Groups / Organizations

  • Deposit: 30% of total invoice.

  • Balance due 1 month before travel.

  • Cancellation ≥2 months: free.

  • 1–2 months: 30% of invoice.

  • <1 month: 100% of invoice.


4. Special Requests

  • Any dietary, medical, or accessibility requirements must be submitted in writing before booking.

  • We will advise if we cannot meet any request prior to confirmation.


5. Insurance

  • tamoroccit does not provide travel insurance.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing your own travel insurance for risks such as illness, delays, lost luggage, accidents, or cancellations.

  • We are not liable for any costs arising from lack of insurance.


6. Extra Work & Adjustments

  • Additional requests after booking may incur fees ($100–$150 per request), including:

    • Switching hotels/riads outside agreed category

    • Multiple changes to confirmed bookings

    • Special arrangements beyond the agreed itinerary


7. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We ensure all personal information is protected.

  • Your details may be shared with hotels, guides, or transport providers only as necessary for your trip.

  • By booking with us, you consent to this sharing of information.


8. Flights, Visa & Passport

  • tamoroccit does not book flights, issue passports, or obtain visas.

  • Travelers must ensure passports are valid for at least six months upon arrival.

  • We are not responsible for denied entry or delays due to visa or passport issues.


9. Complaints

  • If any issue arises during your trip, contact your guide, driver, or hotel immediately.

  • If unresolved, contact us in writing with full details; we will make every effort to resolve it promptly.


10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by Moroccan law.

  • Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
